BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN NOVAMENT NOMINAT ALS PREMIS GRAMMY



El proper 31 de gener tindrà lloc, a l'Staples Center de Los Angeles, la cerimònia anual d'entrega dels Premis Grammy (amb aquesta en seran ja 52 edicions).
En una gala que la CBS retransmetrà en directe, a partir de les 8 del vespre i només per als EEUU, s'espera l'assistència tot i que amb actuació encara per confirmar d'un Bruce Springsteen amb 4 nominacions:


Millor Cançó Rock (compositor): "Working On A Dream"

Millor Interpretació Vocal Rock: "Working On A Dream"

Millor Cançó per a Cinema o Televisió: "The Wrestler"

Millor Colaboració Pop Vocal: "Sea Of Heartbreak" Rosanne Cash & Bruce Springsteen

Cal esmentar també que Brendan O'Brien ha estat nominat com a Productor de l'Any per l'lp "Working On A Dream"

El 9 de desembre s'emetrà el primer programa de la nova temporada de "Spectacle", programa dirigit per Elvis Costello per a la cadena Sundance Channel. Aquesta primera entrega està dedicada a Bono i The Edge, dels U2, i ja s'ha avançat que en aquests especials, d'emissió setmanal, s'hi veuran artistes de la mida de Sheryl Crow, Lyle Lovett, John Prine, Ron Sexsmith, Neko Case, Jesse Winchester, Ray LaMontagne, Nick Lowe, Levon Helm, Richard Thompson o Allen Toussaint.
El passat 25 de setembre, Bruce Springsteen va enregistrar al Teatre Apollo de New York, la seva aparició a Spectacle.Van ser gairebé quatre hores d'entrevista, amb interpretacions de temes clau en la seva carrera i en companyia de Nils Lofgren, Roy Bittan, Patti Scialfa i el mateix Elvis Costello i la seva banda The Imposters.La sessió va ser tan llarga que finalment s'emetran dos programes sencers d'una hora dedicats a Bruce Springsteen.
